Great little tool with plenty of power
Purchased to use on a 140 year old property loft conversion and I'm so glad I bought it, it has saved time and a lot of struggling. It has made short work of cutting through timber joists, skirting board, lath and plaster ceiling and stud walls and never misses a beat. It's quiet and vibration is negligible also the lead is a decent length at three metres long, I can truly say it has out performed any expectations I had of this tool.

I've wanted an oscillating multi tool for ages...
I've wanted one of these oscillating multi tools for ages, but couldn't justify any job that I needed to do, to buy one.I recently wanted to remove some screws that were sticking through wood outside in my back garden. I looked through various products, I like to be very thorough in my research before parting with my money. This tool looked pretty good, so I bought it.When I tried it out on the screws it took a bit longer than I expected to actually cut through it. I found the first time that the blade actually fell off, but I think that was because I hadn't tightened the connector up tightly enough. The next time I tightened it as much as I could, and it never came loose. The only issue I had was that once I finished cutting the screws (with the semi circular metal blade) I found out that the actual blade was damaged - there were several teeth missing in different positions.Apparently Bosch multitool blades fit this machine perfectly, another reason I bought it, so I'll buy a better quality blade to use. The actual machine itself was great. Didn't vibrate too much, wasn't too noisy and was comfortable to use.Overall, I'd recommend this machine, but maybe buy better (Bosch) blades when you can.

Excellent value for money
Good power, rugged, adjustable speed. Works exceptionally well. Managed to cut a roomfull of skirting boards with no trouble. The sandpaper attaches to the sanding adaptor via a velcro-type system, and it works fantastically: I completed many hours of sanding with no unwanted detachment. I highly recommend this tool

Doesn't cut accurate
Very noisy and didn't do what I wanted, blades heat up very quickly, I'd buy a different brand as I won't use this as it didbt cut anything I wanted, blades cheap

2nd Multi Tool at lower cost
I have a Bosch Multi-tool of which this is esssentially a clone. I have found countless uses for that and it's rarely out of use when a "make" is in progress. However, too often when doing woodwork I find that the processs involves going to and fro between two different tools which means I waste a lot of time repeatedly changing over tools. So, when this came up on Vine I was keen to grab it and use it alongside my Bosch unit - for example with a circular edge saw on one and an edge sander on the other. I have been pleasantly suprised by how well this performs alongside that original. It does sound a little more gnarly than its German cousin, and the speed control is not as granular, but functionally it works just as well for my purposes and comes with the tools I need. So, yes, I can recommend this as an additional multi tool or as your first one.

The tool is decent for the price but you need to purchase better blades
The actual tool is cheap and cheerful. I do diy at home and is fine for that. The blades are rubbish though - so I recommend decent ones from your local Screwfix
