Great luggage
These luggage are great. I wish the had sold in a 3 piece. They may have been sold out. But, theae are light weight, full of compartments, easy to maneuver and looks so sophisticated. I'm gonna try to find a 3rd. Piece from this collection. I usually over pack when I go on any trip. The just incase I get stuck for some extra days. And I was still under weight to fly. Took these to Vegas for 5 days. Probably packed for 10 days at least. With 5 pairs of shoes. Brought back stuff from Vegas and was still at 48lbs. And I had Jean shorts, even my favorite throw I take everywhere with me. Lpv3 this luggage. Love, love, Love ❤️

Looks amazing, but zipper pulled away after our first trip
This bag, just like the line looks so amazing. Its light weight, maneuvers well and connects great with the other carry on pieces of the line. However, the zipper pulled away already on our first vacation and same with the other checked smaller bag we purchased from this line. Super disappointed for how expensive.

Doesn't hold up to use
Well, the zipper on my 20" carry on split wide open in the airport today. The guy at Delta baggage check was good enough to wrap it up with some packing tape and that got me from Salt Lake to San Antonio. I bought this luggage for myself for Christmas in mid-November 2021. It's now July 31st 2022 and I'm sitting in a San Antonio hotel room trying to figure out if I can get home with luggage straps or not. Here's hoping! This was not a cheap set and I feel like it should have at least made it through a year of use. I wish the seller would reach out to me to fix this.

Broke first flight!
I have had Kenneth Cole luggage for 8 years with no issues. This piece is beautiful but I should have listened to the reviews. Wheel broke after the first flight. So disappointed!

Zipper Broke Quickly
I travel frequently for work and enjoyed smaller suitcase since it fit in overhead bins well. On my fourth trip, the zipper separated from the fabric. I'm unable to put it back together since it ripped where the teeth met the fabric. I would have to replace the entire zipper or face having the zipper bust open more when traveling to keep using this.
