thread incompatible with OEM nuts
it says compatible with serives iii but it's the same part number as the defender 2003 TD5 so it should work for that and that's what i've installed it in. the thread on the push rod is incomaptible with the nuts on the OEM master cylinder it's replacing which rang alarm bells. this product doesn't come with it's own nuts. to make it work i've had to replace the rod that came with it with the rod from the OEM master cylinder. a good job looking at the comment that said the rod bent when bleeding!

cheap part , do not buy. It failed just after fitting this part, buy a known brand

Betätigungsstange zu kurz
Die Folge ist, dass sich das Pedal nicht auf die korrekte Position einstellen lässt. Also wieder ausbauen und auf die Stange des zuvor eingebauten Zylinders wechseln. Der Anschlusss für die Hydraulikleitung ist nicht tief genug, auch an dieser Stelle muss improvisiert werden. Von einem Kauf kann ich daher nur abraten.
