Update after opening the XL, then buying Teen size….my daughter indicated that going by sizing chart that my grandson would need X-large. Too tight, he couldn’t sit down. Returned and reordered Teen. I was surprised that there was little diff in the sizes. Sleeve length was main difference. It is still tight, but wearable, so he decided to keep. He loves space ANYTHING, so this wasn’t necessarily for Halloween. Helmet on second outfit was still a little wacky, but he still liked. We added “Capt. “ and his name with sticker letters. He’s happy for now, so I am, but be aware, it runs small. If your child is short AND thin, you should be fine using the chart, otherwise size UP.I ordered this for my grandson for his birthday next week. Took it out of the box, and the visor appears to be lopsided on the helmet itself and the holes are not centered correctly. The suit itself looks ok but I did not take it out of bag yet. I have no doubt that he will notice that the helmet is off somehow, as he is a picky 8 yr old. Deciding on switching out now, or letting him see first. Ugh. Anyone else have problem with helmet?

I got this for my son who is 7 and about 80 pounds. He loved it and wore it for the whole month of October! The helmet came a little messed up but he was so excited it was overlooked. The stickers on the helmet were a little off and it was actually squished with a few small scratches on it. We kept it because my son desperately wanted to be an astronaut for Halloween and this was one of the few costumes available. The jumpsuit is super thin and see through but it worked out for what we needed.

The set came jammed into a box, the helmet came out bent and out of shape. The stickers on the helmet were crooked, glue was showing from the foam ring, and the suit is paper thin and the zipper broke in a few minutes. Space shuttle patch seems ok, but other patches are cheap and not realistic. Also the items do not have any hang tags, or proper labeling that would come from a safely produced item. There is no way to see who made it or tracking of the manufacturing. Packaging is unsafe without warnings. Many better options out there instead. Buyer beware.

I bought this for my brother for a Halloween party we had and it was alright overall. He was aiming for an “ Among Us” character. The fit was not as comfortable as I thought it would be for him. It was actually a little tight on him. He did have very thin pjs on under the costume, but still. Maybe I could of sized up, but I’m thinking it would have been too big on him them. As for thickness, it’s okay. Like I said earlier, he wore his thin pjs under because the costume was not thick and he wound have been cold just wearing the costume by itself. He loved it overall though. I would still buy it again if wants another in the future.

Absolutely adorable!! My son loves it!! The suit itself and the helmet are great quality for the price! I’m actually impressed! This is perfect for playing dress up or for those Halloween parties that may or may not happen this year. Either way, your little one will get hours of enjoyment and make believe play out of this!

I'm so glad I took a chance on this astronaut costume that had no reviews! We have only tried this item on and haven't actually used it for Halloween yet, but my initial response to it is that it's great quality for the price! I'm actually super impressed with it. I love that it came with a helmet, that's the part my kids are more excited about. The fit of the helmet is not great, but I'm sure it's difficult to create a one size fits all type of product. The white is a bit see through, but I'm just planning on my boys wearing light colored clothing underneath. I love that one of the patches actually says NASA, that was one of the major reasons I bought this one. The stickers on the side of the helmet were starting to peel as soon as I pulled it out of the box which is the only thing I'm unhappy about and hence 4 stars. Overall I would recommend this product for the price!

This is a Halloween costume for my child. I would order a size up. My child is a size 8 and the 10-12 was a perfect fit. I love the quality and authenticity of the suit. I would have liked a better quality helmet but it will do. I was disappointed that the stickers on the helmet were already starting to peel upon opening the package. The visor does slide up so that is nice for trick or treating purposes. Overall, it’s a great looking costume and my child LOVES it!

Good quality and fit on 4 year old, and he loved this christmas present. If he were to wear it outside on a fall night, he would need clothes under it. But it looks great with the NASA and other patches on it. No problems with the helmit or raising and lowering the visor.
