The back roller is actually a bit stronger than I expected. I've had a couple others that were made with a weak string and broke soon after use. The string on this is actually pretty strong and has held up for me well.

I really love this massage rope roller! It’s perfect for when I’m alone and need a massage.It is a great length to hold, one handle in each hand, and pull it back and forth across the back. It’s an incredible feeling. The handles are also wood, smoothly sanded and finished, and are comfortable to hold.I like to start just under the bottom of my shoulder blades and go down, then back up. Repeat a few times. The wooden knobs are amazing on my back muscles.I like the neck and scalp massager too. Not particularly for my scalp but it does a pretty good job of getting the kinks in my neck - those ones that are down deep and tender and you have to hit the exact right spot. There are 2 different size nodules on this tool.Nothing beats a professional massage but for every day use, these are perfect tools to have at home.
