Am soo impressed with aster

I take iron since I donate blood regularly and the iron complex is very helpful for me and reasonably priced. It's easy to swallow and the complex part helps you absorb the iron more effectively. If you take it with food, you won't have an issue, but if you take it on an empty stomach, it's hit or miss whether if gives you nausea as Iron supplements sometimes do.
