Perfect fit and well made.
Fairly easy to install, but does take some labor. Need to remove the seat which is four bolts and one wiring harness. Carefully remove old upholstery so you can reinstall. Difference amazing. Sits about 2” higher and even fromLeft to right. Great improvement for the money. I hope the foam holds up for another 100k miles.

5 stars based on advanced DIY skills. Otherwise look for help.Replacing the cushion was the easy part, pull out old, stuff in new, push stems in the seat cover into the snaps. Removing the seat, dealing with the edges, seat trim and electrical connections would challenge some. Watch some youtube videos, they are a big help. Seat is super comfortable again and I no longer lean to the left side.

Clips could be better
I was installing new leather seat covers on my 2018 f150. I figured it would be a good time to replace my driver seat foam. Turns out the spring underneath was broken and needed to be replaced. That was the cause of the sagging seat more than the foam. The new foam is comfortable though. The clips that secure the seat cover are not as nice as the factory units. I had to use a couple of zip ties to secure it properly. I did not have to do this on any of the 5+ year old factory seats.If you think you need new foam, you might actually need the spring. It was around $100 from my local ford dealer. I guess it’s very common for them to break. I’m roughly 195lbs and mine was wasted.

Perfect replacement
Take the seat out of the truck, its 4 bolts and 1 wire harness, you won't be upset because it makes it about 100x easier to install. This was a great replacement, hopefully the quality lasts and it holds up to years of getting in and out. The stock seat side was destroyed after years of sliding in and out of the truck. This one went in smooth with about an hours worth of work. Heated seats will work just fine, but air cooled do not I have read. I don't have air cooled, but do not buy this if you do, won't work.

Not firm. No holes for cooling.
Too soft. Not firm enough as the OEM cushion. Does not have the holes to support seat cooling.
