Great fun house dungeon
I love the low level adventure (1-4) adventure, it is a good way to introduce players to this system. That having been said, it is a tough but fair way to play which is common in most old school revival games I have played. There are a lot of things that can kill or permanently cripple a player character with a single bad die roll, but they are avoidable if the players are cautious and careful. Most deaths are helarious, and are not meant to be taken seriously. It is a great fun house dungeon that is self contained. I enjoyed it a lot, and with the right group, it is great. Not for people trying to "win" the dungeon.

Body-horror and Heists!
This is a wickedly fun little adventure! Lots of body horror that's not just for shock value, but actually affects what your characters can do and how the game is played. The set up assumes the PCs will be attempting a heist, but it's flexible enough to use in lots of ways. And, of course, excellent organization, with even the endpapers containing a summary of the adventure and a monster-tracker to mark how many have been slain. This is probably state-of-the-art adventure design right now, fully deserving of it's Golden ENnie Award.

Creepy
Good adventure module easily converted to D&D or Pathfinder. Definitely a horror story and has many adult themes including human sacrifice and rape. Be warned!
