No it is not reflective but is a nice looking decal.

Is there anything that can be kind of bended to fit on Does it have to be on a flat surface

I can tell you this, it can be bent very little and it's ok but if you bend it too much it will wrinkle and get a bubble in it. It really is for flat surfaces

So this is a sticker, not a decal ?

Stickers are usually smaller in size and applied to smaller products such as laptops, water bottles, and other product packaging. Decals, on the other hand, are usually larger and applied to things such as walls, windows, floors, and vehicles. This item is too big to fit on a water bottle, but may be able to fit on a laptop. Many people use this as a decal and put in on their vehicles since it is a 6in by 8in.

It’s nice. But it is a sticker. Not a medallion

It’s a very nice sticker. It is not what I thought it was though. On me. I will find a use for it.
