A quick read, should be just that, a quick read. Many how-to books aren't that entertaining to read even though they are short in pages.Not in this case. The author kept me interested right from the start, due to his simple yet beneficial style of writing. I actually learned something here.I recommend it.

Extremely basic for 1st time owners. If you have EVER successfully trained for baic stuff, this is not for you. Never hsd a pup it would work, but better more comprehensive books. I've had dogs all my life, but not a pup for 11 years. This was too basic for me.

Couldn't get my dog to read it.Not all dogs are wired the same!

This book is great and has very useful easy to understand knowledge. However, there are sooo many grammatical errors and spelling errors and words being used wrong or in the wrong place. It is still a great book, though!

Found this on my book of month app and this in depth training material that you definitely can train your puppy at home with. I will be using this soon because we are expecting a bundles of joys soon.

Don’t waste your money. Pretty sure a third grader wrote this. Extremely basic information.
