on the label it says "for organic gardening" , and this is 70% neem oil and 30% other ingredients. What are the other ingredients?

Hydrophobic fluids need a stabilizer, you can’t have pure hydrophobic extract... look at any of the other providers that use hydrophobic extract of neem oil and it will be a 70%/30% mix! If you want 100% neem oil, the product won’t be an extract and the instructions will tell you that you have to add dish soap + only to mix up what can be used immediately

What percentage of neem oil does this have? 100% or 70%?

Good question. I just got mine and checked. It has 70% and 30% other ingredients and I can't see what the 'other' ingredients are right now. But it does stare that it is for organic gardening. However, I will be looking for some that is a 100% neem oil in future. Thanks for the intelligent question. I wonderered why it mixes so easily with water. The good thing is it only takes 2 table spoons to the gallon and seems to be doing the job it states it will.

Does this kill japanese beetles

You can also pull them off kill them and spread them back among the plants. From my observation they won't come back when there are dead buddies (or bodies...lol) anywhere around.

My bottle doesn't say how much to mix with water. Can you please help?

Add 4 teaspoons to a bowl first. Then add 2 teaspoons of dish soap to the same bowl. Emulsify (mix) them together in the bowl thoroughly. Add this mixture to a gallon of water. Shaker well and spray the plants until they are drenched wet. Remember to cover each leaf on both sides thoroughly. Adjust the quantity of mixture as appropriate.
