Q: Is the battery pre charged?

The battery had a charge on it but I didn't test it to see how long it lasted, just noted that it worked before charging it. I cycle my new rechargeable batteries several times before putting them to work. Old habit...it used to improve the battery endurance. To be honest, I don't know if it matters on these newer technology batteries but I continue to be happy with the results so I keep doing it.

Q: Are these exactly the same size as a normal 9v? Some rechargeable batteries are bigger than normal.

Same size. Works just like any other 9V battery, only rechargeable.

Q: Does this come with a charger ?

No. You have to buy the charger separately
