Now that resmed has discontinued this product, these fit perfectly.

This was pretty large
This model is ok. It is really large. The bottom straps went all the way behind my neck. The top head strap was too large and hung pretty low. I will use it as a back up incase I need one. Ill keep using my original one for now. This would be good for large heads. Like larger than average.

I really like this head strap, it’s well made, it’s super cheap and the really nice thing is it has elasticity, making it super easy to put on.

Very tight on my big head, nose breathing difficult.
Purchased as replacement for my older mirage fx cpap machine / nasal mask. I have a big head and this strap barely fits. Sleeping is difficult and somehow the tightness makes it more difficult to breathe. But I will say the strap is decently soft and strong.
