Worst product
Not charging even 20 mints. It will work only 1day with less water. I lost my bill. So I cannot able to return. Already I bought Same product may be different company. It was working due to carelessly I thrown my bill. Very old stock I think. Tubes are in yellow color and bended heavily. Inside battery is 500mA(instead of 1200mA). It is complete cheating.

Leakage from bottom of spout.
Water keeps leaking from the bottom of the spout when kept on. Needs replacement of the gadget. Who to contact in this regard?

It is not working.
It is not working. First time charged, took less than 3 hoirs, it stopped charging. Tried to take water. Nothing happened. Returned.Don't buy.

Excellent product
This product is working well. Without any leakage. It fit well in jar. Noise level is very minimal. Easy to use and value for money. Charging stay for week long in single charge it feeds two bottle of jar very easily. Guys just go fo it. Pump output is also very good.

Cheap tech doesn't last
I bought this product as it is a value for money. Having a rechargeable device that can pump water with a motor under 400 amazed me and gave it a try. As expected it didn't take a couple of months of light usage (used 5 times max). Looks good from the outside but the inner circuitry might be made of cheap materials.Sometimes it starts automatically even when it is left turned off. Pumped the entire bottle's water out last night and made a mess of my Kitchen.Do not recommend this product from this company or any other brand. Cheap products won't survive.

Not a good buy
Was working fine for 6 months. Then stopped working

Water pump worth for price
The media could not be loaded. This product is working good. The main problem is suction pipe i.e silicon tube which is very light weight and floating above the water. The solution I found is just withdraw some water by keeping pipe last tip on water surface and then kept it down once pump started drawing water out. Another problem is slow charging cable, it's better to have good adapter and cable B type. Other than these issues, machine is perfect.

Horrible
Works amazing and now I’m drinking more waterAfter a bit of use it no longer charges or works. Very disappointing and just less than a month after the date I could have returned it.
