I’ve gotten way more use from this item than I ever expected to. So easy to use either on the toilet, standing (my preference), Childs pose or laying down. It delivers just the right amount of water to do the job. I’ve had it leak some, but not enough to be a problem. Overall a really good product that avoids the task of a hose, and a bag or bucket and the time it takes to cycle through 2L of water. And it’s perfect for travel.

this is a nice product, its very easy to clean. i like the wide mouth and anti back flow alot. i like that it has so many attachments. i did not find the screw to be cumbersome.what i did not like is that its hard to use. all but the biggest attachments are so flimsy that its impossible to insert. once you are able to insert its hard to squeeze the bulb hard enough to maintain pressure without adding air, which others have said leads to nasty air inside and no water. i guess you have to be young and fit enough to use this, with strong hands. for me its a wash but i can see how others would like it. one star for me but 3 star for others.

I bought this a long time ago for a better rectum flush than those little black bulbs. The timing of my purchase couldn't have been worse. I got sick and have not been able to use this device. I am in the clear now and opened this product up, assembled it but when I gave it its trial run the breath valve didn't work and would not draw liquid up from cup. I trouble shot for what the problem might be and any couldn't find any reason why it shouldn't work. TopQuaFocus doesn't sell parts such as a new one way air valve so it basically is junk. I really thought this was gonna be great when I bought it. I'm not a hater but I have to give it one star under these circumstances.

Great device. Backflow preventer is awesome! I just wish I could get a longer tube for insertion. I have looked online but nothing yet.

I really wanted to be impressed by this cool-looking enema with its fancy anti-backflow feature, but it's a total dud for me. I do like the large capacity and the material seems good quality; but the design makes it soo not "user-friendly". The bulb is big and the stems are quite long, making it impossible to tuck it between you leg and align with your bum-hole while sitting on the toilet. So I had to resort to a pin-up Marilyn-esque position; and once it's in, I had to use both hands to squeeze that huge bulb. And Lord... the sounds as it squirts and gurgles were so loud; even my roommate passing by could tell that I was going to have a visitor later. And maybe this is just be, but the stems are so darn big. I tried all three-sizes and remembered thinking "This largest size is like a toned-down dildo; after using this thing a few times, I think I don't need my date tonight". Soo... overall, maybe in this case, my eyes were bigger than my bum-hole. I should just stick to a smaller sensible bulb or the good-old one-time use enemas

Although you can use this for your “front” door I don’t recommend it for that. Also, don’t buy for frequent use on either “door.” Its way too tedious and the bulb doesn’t hold enough fluid. That means you have to reopen with the tool and refill, and retighten with the tool like 3 times to finish the job. This doesn’t even include the cleaning and drying of it afterward. Takes forever. Even just for once a month use it gets on my nerves.Product quality is good. Does not backflow or suction back into itself which is great. Lots of parts to keep track of and clean but it cleans out well. Of course you have to leave it all out to dry for a few days because it doesn’t dry quickly. (I line a a little dishpan with a clean hand towel and leave it disassembled for a few days in a clean place to dry then I repackage it. MUST use the tool included to tighten attachments into place. Tightening manually does not work so that’s annoying. A person who struggles with hand strength would find tightening and untightening the attachments difficult.

Ordered this hoping for high quality and it didn’t work after the 4th time as the top popped off and once reattached just pops off repeatedly, I waited to find the container which I knew had the support information (well within the year) and have yet to hear back and even messaged again a couple weeks later to ensure I don’t get the “your warranty is up” in may . This was not user error, I believe the glue or however it held was not up to the job.
