Worked. Patched up a few holes from a hurricane and debris
Awesome. Worked really well patching holes from flying debris and a FALLING TREE during a hurricane. No, no pictures to give. I’ll edit if I ever remeber. Just know if you have PE greenhouse film this is what you need for patching it.If for some reason yours doesn’t work, it’s your own user error OR you got a bad batch. Return it and try again- it works!

I don't know how this has nearly 5 stars
Applied to clean and dry greenhouse cover, completely fell apart after the first light rain. Not sure how this is supposed to be used for a greenhouse when its not waterproof or even resistant. Not sure how they can say a "permanent" in the description. I'd say this tape is little more than packaging tape.

There is no paper backing on this tape
It’s sticks, which I guess is the main part of the job, but applying is a nightmare since there is no paper backing. Other poly repair kits have a paper backing that can easily be peeled off to make a smooth application.

Good choice
I put a new layer of plastic on the greenhouse. The tape appears to be very strong. I needed a sharp knife to cut it. It may seem that 6" is too wide, but the installation was a breeze because the tape was super wide.At the zipper I only allowed 1" of exposure, (5" for the new plastic,) The tape held very securely.
