This music box is manual and very small but it’s very cute and the music is clear and beautiful. It’s made well and would make a great gift.

Tiny little music box
I have a daughter, Isabella, that is very much into all things anime and Japanese. This tiny music box is a perfect gift for her. It is super small so it doesn't take up much room and is not very noisy. You have to spin the control for the music on your own. It doesn't wind up and spin at the correct speed for you. It comes in a little cardboard colorful box and a card is included so you can write a message to the gift recipient.
