Be careful while opening
Cut my finger on ice trying to separate the two pieces because it was frozen shut so be careful how you open. Other than that it’s easy to apply on face and roll over your under eyes etc.

Ice roller
It’s unusable once the ice is made, it’s very difficult to get the lid off and you can’t put it back in the freezer as it’s iced over and you can’t get the top off, I gave up with it, and bought a roller that’s goes straight in the freezer

Really simple easy to use, I’d say to leave it out of freezer for few min to make it easier to open

Not as good as expected
You have to wait too long before removing the actual cap to reveal ice from the item, this is under hot water . A better design is needed.
