It is a multifunctional bag
Whether traveling or working, it is a multifunctional bag. You can carry it as a briefcase or as a backpack. There are multiple mezzanine layers to store clothes, computers, travel supplies, etc. Very durable.

Incredibly versatile travel and/or every day backpack
I think I've found my new all-purpose backpack. This backpack has so much space, that I can take it and fit everything I need for almost a week of travel, including clothes, laptop, other electronics, toiletries, etc. Lots of different compartments to keep things separate for organization, straps to keep clothes from moving around too much, padding to protect fragile items like electronics, etc., and waterproof so that you don't ever need to worry about this thing getting wet.But aside from using it for travel, I'm now using it as a "thin" backpack just to take my laptop to the coffee shop. You can collapse this case down to a mere few inches in width so that it feels quite small, and this way I don't need to have a separate backpack just for my laptop, I can use this for multiple different uses and it will fit to whatever I need.In it's expanded for, you can pack "55 liters" of stuff in, but that doesn't give you a good sense of just how much it can hold. It really can hold a ton of clothes, shoes, electronics, etc., everything you might need for a trip. It's very nicely structured to hold everything in this rectangular/cubic area, without big protrusions that make it hard to stand evenly on a surface. You can lay this down on it's sides, front, or back, and you can use the actual backpack straps or if you prefer it has a side handle to carry kind of like a suitcase or briefcase. The straps include an adjustable chest trap for added stability and I really appreciated out adjustable it was to get it to be just in the right place for optimal comfort. I was initially disappointed it didn't also have a waist strap, but after putting it on I realized that the way it sits on my back it doesn't get anywhere close to my waist, and because it sits a bit high on your back and the chest strap is so adjustable, having an additional waist strap is really unnecessary.Do note that unlike what one of the reviews mentions, it does not have a USB charging port. That would have been a nice extra, but it's not available. There also aren't side pockets as there might be on some larger backpacks, there's really just two front pockets, a smaller one and a larger one, and then the main compartment and a secondary compartment that has a pocket for your laptop or other fragile equipment. The straps seem pretty solidly made, with some extra thick loops to hold caribiners and/or other items you might find useful to have with you and accessible on the outside of the bag. The zippers are also quite beefy and rugged looking, so I think this will end up having a fair amount of endurance and last a good while. The inner lining also seems fairly thick and rugged, with good stitching, although probably not to the level of a really high-quality luxury brand. For the price, I don't think you'll be able to beat this versatile bag, everyone has a different sense of style, that's a subjective thing, but for me, it is certainly perfectly acceptable in the looks department and the functionality is so great that even if it wasn't, I wouldn't mind. I just think it's a great buy for those who value function over form, not that I found it aesthetically unpleasing in any way. Thanks for reading, I hope you found this review helpful!

Great large backpack
My family and I are taking our first vacation with two kids, and so I figured I needed to carry as much on my back as possible to free up the hands to wrangle children. This is a great backpack for that. Right off the bat - most planes will limit your backpack size to 22"x14"x9" or 45L - this fits within those parameters fairly comfortably. I also really like how this back gives you multiple ways to carry it - it has handles at the top, the side, and it has backpack straps.Uniquely there are two components - one is a typical top zip laptop holder. The other is a sideways clothes holder, which is much more akin to typical roller boards. Just imagine that it opens like a door when you're standing the bag up. It's a little disorienting to have one compartment open from the top and the other open from the size, but it works fine. It also has elastic on the inside of the clothing compartment so that it holds onto your clothes. The bag does have a decent amount of compartments, but I do wish it had even more. Other backpacks I've used has zippered pockets on the sides, on the straps, etc. When you're traveling with kids and you need to hold all manner of assorted things (e.g., passports, sanitizers, wetwipes, lotions, plane tickets) you do appreciate having more options.Overall is quite sturdy, though of course will need to stand the test of time.

Checks all the boxes for a laptop bag holding music production equipment
I have a 16 inch laptop that I use for music production and I carry several pieces of small gear each in their own zip up case. Trying to stuff these in a standard backpack hardly ever works, especially when you have additional zip up pouches with cables and everything else. You have to try to dig in and feel around and make everything fit and it never works. This backpack is great because it opens up like a suitcase and you can lay everything in so easily. The zippers are good quality the fabric is excellent, it has the all important luggage strap in the back and the handles are comfortable. Very happy with this bag. It's not very stiff just so you know, we're thick backpacks can stand up on their own, when this one is empty it's a little more flimsy but not in a bad way. What that does is make the backpack a lot less heavy and once you have stuff in it it feels like a good solid bag.

So much space
I love this laptop travel bag for travel. There is so much space and the separated compartments help to keep everything organized and easily accessible. The laptop pocket holds my 16โ MacBook well. It is well made and you can either use it as a piece of luggage with the backpack straps tucked away or pull them out and use it as a backpack.

Nice overall quality and craftsman. Material is durable and somewhat heavy-duty. Appearsto be water resistant. Has a large storage capacity. A little bigger than expected. Tons of extra space available for other stuff. Great for travel or school/business. Has adjustable sizing zipper. Lockable compartments. Definitely recommend
