Apple Cider Vinegar Cures (Miracle Healers from the Kitchen)

As a fan of ACV myself, I have spent significant time researching information about its benefits; then, I came across this book that addressed many of my questions in a short, easy to read manual. Love it! I've found myself returning to this book to reread parts and try uses t. hat I had not tried before. Highly recommend for those who are pursuing a healthy lifestyle.

Was hoping to learn something knew but it did not tell me anything that I didn't already know. I would borrow it instead of buy it.

What a great read, very informative and thorough. When I want to know about something, I can't stand overly scientific explanations, I just want the facts. This book presents the info in a well organized and straightforward manner. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to know about the benefits of apple cider vinegar and how it can help so many aspects of one's life.

There were numerous places where the author obviously meant to come back and add information but never did. Sentences that end in (spaces) . - clearly missing the actual information of the sentence. It's already hard to trust a book written in the style of "some people have said....." and the sense that the book either wasn't completed or wasn't edited before publication doesn't inspire any confidence.

I really enjoyed reading this book almost as much as her Cayenne pepper book (really wonderful book with great information). This contained a lot of good information and cited references for the medical notes. The book contains several uses I had not heard of before.

This book is well written. I was amazed at all the ailments that apple cider vinegar can cure, plus this book tells you how to make your own high grade vinegar so that you don't have to pay the expensive prices you find at health food stores. I'm glad I got this book.

This is the second book I have read from this author, the first one being "A Beginners Guide To Green Smoothies". Both books are packed with useful information and easy to read. I liked that this book is not too lengthy and gets right to the point about everything I need to know about Apple Cider Vinegar!
