Rare Varieties Portulaca Grandiflora Seeds Moss-Rose Purslane Seeds Mixed Color 2000Pcs

This is one of my favorite flowers. I ordered too late in the season so they were planted late. They have come up but not blooming yet. I would buy again.

I did the floating test for these seeds before planting. All of them floated, which I understand to mean that the seeds don't have a viable embryo. But I planted them anyway. Not a single seed germinated.

The reviews were mostly saying they did not germinate so I put about 100 or more seeds into this small 8” pot used a mixture of a gritty desert mix, perlite and coir. I lightly sprinkled some dirt on top of the seeds-I did not bury them. Watered it everyday lightly and was surprised to see sprouts on the third day! I live in Southern California so it’s warm now in late June. Will update when they grow out more. So far-very happy with the seeds!

I planted them 3 weeks ago and still nothing. Waste of money.Update: these never did appear. I have planted portulacas many times in the past and never had an issue. These just did not work.

I received the seeds approximately a month ago. Planted them, they germinated, but have not grown any at all. Barely visible above the soil. Very dissapointed.

They all came up! Waiting for them to bloom.

Tried multiple different mediums...not a single bit of growth. Complete waste of money for us
