I find the capsules easy to swallow and like how easy they are to have on hand. My kid also gets migraines, but gummies are better for them because their stomach won’t tolerate liquids with the migraine. I have POTS from having long Covid and we’re supposed to have 2000 mg of salt a day. So these don’t come close to that because I found out about the 2000 later on, but I think it’s really important to get capsules because you actually taste the salt in the chews. Gross! Took them and immediately felt differently cause my salt levels were so low so I think it’s a positive but generally, I don’t need all the other things that are in it besides sodium chloride according to my pulmonologist.
