Great Toner
I have been using Linkyo TN650 toner cartridges for over 6 years now and they are great. I have used at least a 100 of these toners and I have only had 2 bad ones which they replaced with no problems. I have tried other toners but these are the only ones that have worked with no issues. I have never had one not print at least 5000 sheets usually more. This does depend on the average page coverage but I am a Notary and we print about 15,000 sheets of paper a month. I have 3 printers that use these toners all MFC-8480dn's. Also the drums by Linkyo work great. Watch what drums you use they can cause issues with your toners as well, learned that over the years as well.Edit August 2021 still using these toners with no issue and same great results. I just placed another order today and figured I would update my review on this product. I have not had a defective unit since I posted this review last time and I can not count how many toners I used. I would buy a USA made product but lets face it there isn't one. At this price point I do not know how anyone could justify buying OEM or OEM can justify what they charge.Edit April 2024 Was going to buy some more today but the price has gone up so much on these I think I will try another with good reviews. I have also noticed the rating on these has fell too. I haven't had any issues but maybe the newer ones are not as good or for the price point now people aren't as happy. Either way the price point has made me look to others.

Nice alternative
I give this 4 stars because while it does the job effectively for a much lower price, I don't like how it doesn't lock into place with the Brother Drum unit. The lightest pressure will remove it from the drum. I haven't had any noise or print quality issues with this toner to date and I've probably gone through about 4 of them so far. Nice unit for a great price.

Solid out of the box
First time trying Linkyo. The toner seems to be good. There was a little bit of loose toner in the bag but wiped up fine in less than a minute. The first print had little splotches of random toner but the 3rd page I put through the machine was clean. Good value for the price. I would buy again.

Great savings and a really good product
My Doctor's office turned me onto this company. I noticed as she printed out my next appointment on a Brother printer almost identical to mine and I asked her what toner she used. I had been told for years working in an office that the repair service commended using only Brother products but the Doctor office assured they had been using this company for a long time and were very satisfied with their toner and price. I am on my third one now with no problem.

Inconsistent product with real problems. Should be removed by Amazon.
I have purchased this product four times, and sadly (because I DO like the price) I will never order it again.1. The product is uneven in fit for the printer (MFC8890DW in this case). Some click into the drum unit, others sit loose (near fit). Ironically, my first two fit least well, and gave the least trouble.2. The fill is inconsistent. Although it is advertised as a replacement for the Brother TN650, which is the high-yield verson of the TN620, it is not filled like a 650. I wish I could say it was filled like a 620 and still a bargain, but the fill has sometimes been considerably less. I doubt that's intentional; just poor quality control at the packing plant.3. The BIG issue: of the 8 cartridges, only 4 have been successful; the others have placed streaky smudges on the edge of printed sheets, up to an inch and a half wide. When that happened with one of the cartridges in the second order, I was so sure it couldn't be the toner that I nearly disassembled parts of the printer looking for the source. But it was the cartridge. That's when I put in the first cartridge from Order #3. It printed well and clean; some months later when it ran out, the second cartridge from the same order repeated the streaks. I quickly ordered a replacement set, and found that BOTH cartridges in that order were streakers.Given the number of reviews here with similar results, I would recommend not buying it. More, I recommend that Amazon read the reviews and remove the product from sale.

Great price, but it pretty much comes out the same.
As some of the other reviewers wrote, the price is great, the product works just fine. The only issue is that it is not a high-yield cartridge with an 8,000 page yield. I got about 2,000 pages out of it. So if you do the math, you are paying just about the same as you would be to purchase a true high yield. With the Brother cartiridge, you get 4 times as many copies at 4 times the price, so really, it's a wash.

A good deal!
I have been using their cartridges for about a year and found them to work perfectly. We run about 1500 copies a month on our Brother printer so we do go through a lot of paper, mostly for church work. To be honest, I don't know how many pages each cartridge is capable of printing but it has to be in around 5,000 since I don't need to change it out very often. For about a year, I used the factory cartridges since I feared damaging the machine. They are almost 4X as expensive as the Linkyo so I decided to give them a try. They are packed well (which is the first thing I looked at) and they just work, so what else is there to say? AVR

Wanted to buy a Genuine Brother Cartridge but $70 (for one) was too much
I own a Brother HL-5370DW Laser printer that I bought new in 2010 and noticed that it is printing kind of light. Like many other reviews I wanted to buy a single genuine Brother Toner cartridge but $70 I had to try this and so far I'm glad I did. There are minor differences vs the OEM brother cartridge like the original had a blue lever on the right that had to be pressed firmly to unlock the cartridge. This one just kind of drops in. Also, if you have not opened your printer in years it might be quite dusty so be prepared to use a paint brush and air to clean it.Also, don't panic - I tried to print and got an error - turned out the paper was low. Also, I printed a picture and it had some lines in it. Next printed photo was perfect.
