Q: Where are these made?

The product information in the ad says it's 75% nylon and 25% spandex.

Q: Can drawstring be used to tighten waist ?

The waist band is about 1 1/2 , seems snug but comfortable. Yes you could tighten waist band some with drawstring, but it is a complete circle cord you would have to knot, not two ends that you could tie.

Q: What is the inseam of the liner?

I don't quite understand the questions, but the liner is a tight short - tight enough to not rise up but not so tight that it's uncomfortable (I have "average" thighs/butt). I LOVE this skort! Perfect side pickets (one next to leg and one on the outside large enough for an iphone). The liner does not extend beyond the skirt.

Q: Wash and drying instructions please.

I returned this skirt because of the back pocket imprint being so noticeable. However, I purchased another brand with similar material and just throw it in the wash on cold. I do hang dry because I don’t want the seams to pucker.
