they seem very sharp

This replaces the same brand/size I bought almost 40 years ago. They got dull snipping things not related to hair, but were so handy. These new ones will outlive me!

The finger holes are so small, that I cannot even get my fingers in! The lower blade is not even cerated, so how can they say it is for cutting hair? Paper is more like it... Jerry

This scissor has a very smooth action and easily cuts hair, the first snip. It will also cut you if not careful. The finger and thumb holes are a might cumbersome because putting fingers and thumb in are easy, but taking them out is more awkward. Still I recommend these scissors.
