First, it's packaged pristinely. It has a fresh and clean smell--not a scent, just pristine. It zips easily once you get the mattress on top of the bottom half. With it, plus all the bed bug treatments we've had to do, our problems should be over, I hope!

I have a B&B and an encasement is an absolute requirement. I love that the top zips off if you have a spill get past your protector. It did require 2 people to put on, but smooth sailing from there.

Well made and love the zipper so it won’t pop off! Only dislike is the protector is a little big and your sheets will slide around. Other than that nice product. Also it has no strong smells either!

If you are going to use it for fulltime van life or frequent car camping then here is what you do. Mold is a normal problem with this situation, Because in a small space, moisture gets trapped underneath the mattress, thats where the mold problems begin. I originally wrote a review saying how bad this was, because I bought it and I still got mold underneath my trifold memory foam mattress when using this cover. Well I then tried putting the padded side of the cover that normally goes on top, I put it on the bottom instead. Normally you would lay on that part underneath the mattress and now I dont get mold underneath! So if you using this in a traditional house then Im sure it will work normally, but if you are using it like I am, then put the padded part underneath and it will work!

Fits our Wayfair mattress perfectly. Make it look clean and new. I am getting hot at night now though. I am not a 'big' or hot person in general but last 2 nights I keep waking up to change position because the parts touching the mattress are hot and sweaty. I usually sleep like the dead...
