Strong vibrations. A bit pricey.
This review is for: Kanjo - Vibrating Acupressure Foot Pain Relief BallThis ball is perhaps a tad bigger than a tennis ball. It's a nice size... easy to hold and easy to roll under your feet.I like the texture of it. It's not too little or too much. Seems just about right for using on sore muscles. It will stay where you want it.It's surprisingly powerful. It does have several speeds. I was surprised how sensitive my feet were to the lower settings. I had to use it on lower settings to kind of break my muscles in before I could increase the speed. Not sure I'm up for the higher speeds.I kind of wish i could figure out how to roll it on my own back. Haven't figured that out yet. I think it would feel great along the sides of the spine. The charging port is really not marked well. There should be a dot or something on the rubber because it's not totally clear where to plug it in. You feel like you are possibly going to make a hole in it because there's a bit of guessing, especially the first time.Due to the way it charges, it kind of necessarily has to have a proprietary plug. I hope I don't lose it.It seems a bit pricey at the current price of about $50.Overall, I like it. Would I pay $50 for it? Unlikely. Would I pay $30 for it? Probably.I hope that helps.

Pricey and it’s stopped working.. seriously?
A bit pricey, and the charging light is stuck on it doesn’t work anymore. I can’t get it off the charging light. I mean it was a good product It was going strong but now all of a sudden it’s not working which that really really sucks and now Amazon is telling me that all they can do is refund it. They can’t get me a replacement that is so disappointing.

Nice vibration, good silicone material and nubs, high in EMF output
I've become really sensitive to dirty EMF fields from trying out all these vibrating body tools, and this one didn't making me feel sick as quickly as another vibrating ball I tried, but still after about 10 minutes of use started to feel a little woozy. So I pulled out the TriField EMF meter and of course it's maxing out the magnetic field and the electric field both (they say MF is worse for human health and it's the highest it can get next to the ball). It was fine under my foot, far away, but when I sat on it I instantly started to feel nauseated which is the familiar new sign that I know I won't be able to use it. The review I had written prior to that is as follows, I don't want to give it 1 star because it's a good product and in competition with a bunch of other products that have the same effect but there's a market for it, so...what do you do? Personally wouldn't use it or give it to a child or anything. The grippy nubs make this really useful - dual use from the awesome silicone to wedge it into tissues, and the vibration to stir up the energy, vibrate the ligament attachments, shake up the bony mechanics. Many uses for this, especially love the feet or sitting on it all around the hip - either hamstrings or around the back and side of the pelvis, sacrotuberous ligament, etc. (That's when I realized I had to stop using it).

Awesome for aching arches
I broke my tib / fib years ago and have some fairly extensive nerve damage and foot numbness. I often get really achey arches because of years of compensating and walking on the outer edge of my foot. Not a great habit but it is entirely unintentional. Regardless, I go for regular pedicures because my feet are constantly sore.I ordered this ball because I have always used golf balls to roll around and get up into the arch and heel. I later found one of those little golfball sized spikey balls which were okay but the size was too small and didn't allow for a proper "rolling" motion. This is where Kanjo really made all of that happen for me. The ball measures 4". It looks kind of smallish in the pictures but the size is good enough for much larger feet as well. I wear a size 7 /7.5 and this pretty much fit right into the arch and even on the lowest setting... wow. SO relaxing. There are three speeds and an alternating one. Ball came somewhat charged but the lowest speed was just a wee little tremble so I pretty much figured it was due for a charge. The charging is super intuitive. Plugs into the little raised nub (I was messing with it in the dark so the struggle was real) and flashes to indicate the status. The color is a nice blue, some of my pictures are a bit washed out in the dark but the brighter blue is the true color. The speeds are awesome. The high is REALLY high and they didn't mess around with this. It is pretty powerful. It's actually pretty impressive. I used it on the lower setting on my calves and this little ball does it all. Also comes with a nice velvet pouch so the guys at the airport don't think you're carrying a giant cat toy in your luggage.Excellent quality product and really does work wonders for tired feet. The men in the house laughed at me when I ordered it. They are pretty jealous that it works this well and I don't plan on sharing it. They can get their own.
