i have some older kids and i was wondering how many pounds they hold?

I was looking at these for older kids as well. Just found some on Walmart.com with 16" & 17" seats that seems much more comfortable for big kids.

Are the wheels plastic or rubber?

The wheels are plastic, we only use our scooters indoors. I am afraid using the on cement might chew up the wheels too much.

Do these wheels spin? or are they fixed to only go straight?

All 4 wheels completely spin so the scooter and go in all directions
