Can you use this tablet without plugging it into another devise ? or will it only work through a computer or mobile Thanks

Only works through plugging it into another device, and pretty certain it can only be a PC or laptop

We have set up the drivers and plugged in all the cables but keep getting a No Signal message on the 1200 tablet screen which then remains black.

Have you plugged in the small WiFi adapter into your PC? This comes with your drawing tablet, cables etc

Does this work with gimp?

Yes it does - You just need to set it up in Gimp settings
