Q: Do you soak this and then microwave to warm tortillas? Or is it glazed inside as well?

The tortilla warmer is glazed inside and out, except for the outside bottom of the vessel. I warm the tortilla warmer by filling it with hot water and putting the lid on it. Meanwhile, I warm the tortillas either in the oven or microwave, depending on how many tortillas I am warming up.

Q: I love this, but think it might be a little small. Has anyone purchased a larger one, or are there larger ones available? Any advice would be of help

The covered casserole may be a better option if you’re looking for a deeper piece. The diameter and lid on the tortilla warmer and the casserole are the same. Just the depth/height difference

Q: How many tortillas will this hold?

I have never filled it, so not sure how many it will hold. The most I have put in it is a dozen and there is still room for more. I would estimate 2 dozen whole wheat tortillas, depending on the thickness. It measures 1 3/8" deep on the inside where you place the tortillas.
