The toner was doing the job that it is supposed to do. However it was really painful on my thigh and left some bruising.

Would be fine for exercising arms as requires you to apply quite a bit of pressure. However, despite the advert stating it had more padding than similar brands I found it to be really painful against the skin on my thighs. I am therefore returning it as I wouldn’t be able to use it.

Its good although you cant adjust the resistance so after a couple of weeks you need more resistance but its better than nothing and light and easy to use and store and keep by the sofa and use whilst watching tv Great for the price

The elastic band and the socks are very good and I like them very much. The butterfly tonner is a bit small and too easy to bend in my opinion, I wish it was harder to bend and offer more resistance.

Durable. I used it for now for 11+ months, just as lockdown started and have been using it 7 days a week. Lost 4 stone and still going stone. 9st4 right now, another 4Ibs and I'll be happy. It works as it's meant if you're dedicated!!!

This quite simple equipment is exactly what I needed, easily stowed away and part of my everyday routine since I bought it. Even after one day I felt the results and admittedly the Christmas diet did not help but already noticing results. Highly recommended for thigh and arm exercise, and easily done during breaks when working from home - don't want to miss it !!
