Mongoose Girl's Inline Skates

I loved rollerblading as a kid, I haven't had a pair in years, and i really missed it so I shopped around for a pair that was both a good quality and price, and bought these. They were pretty cheap compared to other ones on the market, and its a known brand name. I wear a 6.5 so i bought a large, and i really like that these are adjustable. it's not like my feet are going to grow lol, but still nice to have the feature and be able to customize it to your foot size. Its going to be a great activity to do in the warmer months, and i'm excited to get back into it!

Last year, my then 7-year-old daughter taught herself how to roller skate. She became quite adept, and asked for roller blades for her ninth birthday. She's been a size 13/1 shoe for a long time, so I wasn't sure what size to get her (will her feet grow soon?). These skates are perfect for her. She's currently on the smallest setting, so I know she'll get many years of wear from them. The minute she opened them, she strapped them on and went skating around our patio, declaring that these are "the perfect skates." I'm inclined to agree.

If you're looking for an introductory skates for your kid, look no further than these. They're just like regular skates, with 1 amazing exception - you can go a few sizes bigger when your kid's foot grows to adjust accordingly. Yes, they are adjustable - which means you can save your money on at least 2 more pairs of skates!By adjusting them, you don't sacrifice comfort or stability - they work the same on any setting. Very easy to put on and take them off.Great looking, comfortable skates that kids love!

You get what you pay for - the sizes are accurate and they are easily adjusted. The support at the ankle is very poor - the left skate in particular does not provide any support and tilts outwards in a way that nearly overturns my ankle while skating. I have tried tying the skates very tightly as well as looser to no avail. The wheels initially took reasonable effort to turn, but after approximately 5 hours of wear they are much smoother. I am an experienced skater, I often find myself having difficulty with balance on these due to the lack of support in the ankle. I would not recommend these for anyone who does not have good balance.

My 8 year olds love to go inline skating and the adjustable sizing is ideal for their growing feet. We've only used this on the hardwoods at the roller rink, so the wheels look great. Not sure how they'd fare outside. Lightweight construction makes it easier for them to maneuver. The shoe part is soft, but the plastic frame around the ankles is sturdy and lends good support. Binding so far are functioning without issue and the laces and velcro strap are added support. Quite pleased with these so far.

For the price they are fine. They are not great quality. The bearings don't spin very freely. The wheels seem to be a very soft material so they will wear quickly. But our daughter loves them. So we're happy.

I bought the skates as a Christmas present. They fit perfectly and can be adjusted as the feet grow. They came on time and are very well made.

These adjust well to fit different sized feet. The top strap is a bit stiff, so be careful you don't injure yourself on it. Otherwise, great joy for a first-time skater.
