This was the first time I ever self-tanned, getting ready for a trip and didn't want to be pasty white at the pool. I just used a couple pumps at a time onto the mitt and started rubbing it on in a circular motion onto one section of my body at a time. The greenish color is a good indicator of where you might have missed, but as you rub it in the green disappears. Made my wife do my back. This works instantly. As soon as you put it on you are noticeably darker. I left it on for an hour then jumped in the shower and rinsed off with just water. I'd use an older towel because I had a white one and even though I patted myself dry it left some blotches on the towel that turned pink. No big deal, there's going to be some left on your skin after a rinse, I just didn't want to jump in bed and stain the white bed sheets. I'm on day 3 right now, color looks great. It looks very natural, no orange or weird brown shades, it just looks like I spent a few days in the sun. I plan on doing this weekly until my trip to build it up a little. Product is amazing, I recommend it and will buy more. Didn't get a chance to use the included brush, I just used the mitt and wiped my face like a man would so I can't comment on it.

This self tanner, the express one, is the best I’ve ever used. It does not leave you orange at all. And I don’t even see rub off from sleeping with it. Comes with a nice mitt & brush. Only thing better is my airbrush tanning machine. Definitely buy it if you want a deep, dark fast tan.

Self Tanner when old comes out of the container green and goes on your skin green. The item I received was old and the foaming mousse was green and I was not able to use it.

I fake tan all the time. Hate the brush, doesn't work for me. Doesn't blend in well like it would normally, might as well use my hands. The foam tanner is a nice change from the usual lotion, works just as good and always buy the hand mit.

Love this product as it definitely gets the job done and stays relatively well. However!!! Absolutely do not recommend putting this on your face. In a matter of 3 minutes after applying it to my face, my skin was BURNING. Additionally, I have this new freckle from applying it to my face that is, I guess, a stain from the tanner? After applying it to my face, I was extremely blotchy and this mark has not gone away in about a month now. Super disappointing but lesson learned. If you’re going to buy it, get the set with the body applicator and skip the face entirely. Product should not be advertised as safe for face.

What's not to love about this stuff? It smells like vanilla, dries down in minutes, and gives you a realistic, non-streak, tan within hours of application. I'm a customer for life!

I read the reviews on this product before I bought it as I do every product. The reviews were great. Mine will NOT BE! So at first I put it on my face with the brush. It was dark and I was taken aback! I thought, ok, I can see where I am putting it. When I got done I looked like I had spread mud on my face. Moving on.. I started applying the rest of the foam with the mit that was provided. Again, I could see where I put it so I was mildly excited. Then I noticed my arms were streaking. Luckily my 19 year old son had just gotten him from college today so I stuffed my fat a$$ into my bathing suit and went into his room and informed him that I NEEDED his help applying this product to my back and HE, being the only one home was going to have to help. Needless to say, he was not happy. Anyway after slathering my body with this stuff I sat on the couch looking like I was covered in mud for an hour then I went and washed it off like the directions said. Well it ALL WASHED OFF!! What a waste of time and money!!! 😡 I would not waste my money on this stuff if I were you!!
