Idahone Fine Ceramic Sharpening Rod (10", Natural Handle)

I love this thing. I bought it specifically to use with my chef’s knife in the kitchen, but I now use it on every knife I own. Kitchen knives, pocket knives, survival knives, doesn’t matter. This gets them all razor sharp. Even older knives that I’ve used and abused and thought I’d never get a good edge on again, this thing got them wicked keen like they were brand new.Now keep in mind that it is a HONING rod and not a SHARPENING rod. If a knife is dull, it must be sharpened. But keeping a keen razor edge on a sharp blade requires honing, and nothing hones steel like good, fine ceramic. I’d recommend this to any knife owner for any knife, and as long as you don’t drop it (because it IS ceramic), it should last forever.

It works. Is mostly all I use to keep an edge on my knives.
