Very tasty and quite delicious! Feels very indulgent....
I purchased this to aid in my quest to drink matcha on the regular. Matcha- and maybe I making it wrong- is bitter and I'm a tea lover just to give you some background- the only tea I don't like is black tea. I have watched countless videos and read numerous instructions on the perfect cup of matcha. I also have tried multiple brands.Anyways- this Macadamia milk changes everything - I look forward to my daily matcha. It has 8 carbs which for a cup I don't think is too awful bad. As for the ingredients- no it's not the most wholesome and nutritious but it's not the worst either and all things considered I think the health benefits of drinking matcha outweighs the macadamia nutrition factor. I heat this and then use the battery frother wand thing and it makes a lovely foam. It makes me feel like I'm having something extremely indulgent when I froth and add to my matcha. I've tried several non-dairy milks and this one is THE ONE.

Needs practice to create the texture you want
Like many adults I am lactose intolerant to a certain degree, and also allergic to soy. I've tried several milk alternatives and Milkadamia has been the best for my taste. I was happy to find out that they also make a version that is suitable for lattes.I know how to create the right texture for microfroth using the steam wand on my semiautomatic espresso machine, so I wanted to see if I could do it with this product. I admit I failed the first couple of times, and finally on my last bit of Milkadamia that I had left from my first order I got it right. I used the hints from Milkadamia's Youtube channel to use more steam to introduce more air initially and then put the steam wand in deeper after some time. That led to the correct consistency and it is a very good texture, smooth and silky with a shiny surface. Regular milk is still better, but since I can't use it, this will do just fine.Update: I have read in another review that batches are inconsistent, but I have now gone through 6 containers and in my experience, there is no difference in the results if you are consistent in your steaming. I also noticed that many of the reviewers that say it does not froth seem to use an electric frother. In my experience steam wands are superior to electric frothers, even when you use milk, so if your espresso machine has a steam wand, you might want to give that a try. Be patient, remember what you are doing and tweak your approach.

Froths great for me, and taste is superb
I’ve bought over a dozen of these from Amazon and have never had an issue with the milk not frothing. I’m wondering if it’s just user error or a machine malfunction. This milk is hands down the best I’ve ever found as far as taste and frothability. I wish it wasn’t so expensive, but it’s my little daily splurge and is worth it. Also, NO stores around me carry it! We even have a local massive independent grocer that’s world-famous for having everything under the sun, including natural/veg products, but they still don’t carry any macadamia milk. I appreciate that Amazon helps us folks not living in one of the big five US cities find this amazing product.

Good milk alternative
This is a delicious milk alternative. I’m dairy intolerant and out of all nut milks out there, this is the nicest. The only bad thing about it is the price!! This milk keeps going up and up in price!!

Tastes good, but no use for latte with countertop brother.
Well, if you have a countertop milk brother like Breville BMF600, don’t bother to buy this milk if you want to have a latte at home because this milk is not frothing at all. I had no luck to do good foam; I’m not even talking about microfoam. Maybe if you have professional espresso machine with powerful steam you’ll be good. Regardless of all frothing issues, milk is good for cooking. It tastes good.

Still searching for a creamer..
This nut juice is ok, not great, not bad. Not thick. I want a creamer that’s not milk- and most nut or oat juice is too thin. The macadamia nut flavor is very strong- can over power the coffee flavor. And that may be just what you’re looking for!

Be advised froths poorly!
Don’t buy Milkadamia Formula Barista “latte da” for frothing. After trying it twice for lattes, I can verify that it does not froth well. Otherwise, it has a pleasant taste so I won’t be throwing it out. I froth a non-dairy milk almost every morning. . .Milkadamia is one of the worst performing for that purpose. (Homemade almond milk is the best so far.)

Creamy smooth froth as a dairy alternative, NOT Bitter!
Love this macadamia milk for all coffee drinks especially latte’s! As a dairy alternative, Macadamia Latte da has a smooth texture and doesn’t have a bitter aftertaste as in almond milk. It can be heated and froths nicely for beautiful latte’s!I purchased online because the Whole Food stores I frequent cannot seem to keep this product on the shelve. Also, both stores I shop in (Town and Country in Phoenix and West Sedona) are discontinuing this version of Macadamia Milk WHY?
