I’m love with this gazebo, easy to ensamble, me and my husband did everything in two hours, excellent quality, everything was complete and fit perfect, my family loved to spend the afternoons sitting there with this warm weather in Florida, best purchase ever!!!

I give ABC canopy five stars for both customer service and product quality. I had a mishap were accidentally ordered a different tent from Home Depot before ordering this tent on Amazon. When the tent from Home Depot arrived I thought it was this tent and complained to ABC canopy that they sent me the wrong product. After going back-and-forth many times, I finally realized the mistake that I had made. ABC’s customer service department was extremely professional and nice to me even when I was being impatient and rude. I apologized vehemently but still feel bad for the mishap. In terms of the tent, the quality could not be better. It is much higher quality than any other tents I’ve seen at the farmers market. The frame is very sturdy but also easy to set up and take down. The accessories are fantastic because they allow for lots of different weather conditions. The fabric is very high-quality and blocks the sun quite well. I am extremely happy with my purchase!

***Update 1/5/2022- Yes, we still love this gazebo but I wanted to note that we had two storms with winds in the 30 to 35 hour range that we were very concerned about but the gazebo stood strong with no issues, I have recommended this to friends and would buy again if needed, *****We love this canopy! It was a two man job but was assembled in less than 2 hours. Very sturdy and fits perfectly on our patio. Love the netting on all sides for easy access. It looks better than the pictures. Very happy so far with this purchase

My boyfriend and I were excited to receive this gazebo but we encountered problems.1. The instructions aren't clear2. The large canopy barely fits and we understand it should be a tight fit but the little tool to pull the corners worked on all with exception of the last corner and popped my boyfriend in the eye as the corner material gave and ripped.3. There are tiny pinholes in the large canopy???4. No roller bag5. Shipment delayWe definitely do not want to return but would love a new canopy and roller bag. The phone number listed for the manufacturer is wrong so we did email them. Posted pics of tear I'm one corner and pinholes throughout the canopy

This is the second product we have bought from ABC canopy and I can tell you it will be the last. The fist time we had issues with the actual canopy part, it was very discolored and looked used. The second time we bought a product from the same manufacturer the main support poles were missing the threading needed to actually assemble the frame!! To make matters worse there is no way to contact the manufacturer through Amazon and no information on the paper work to contact anyone. Amazons solution, send it back, awesome now we get to spend the next hour dissembling what was done, and trying to fit it in the box.

I was worried having seen and used many pop up canopies in the past. I read the reviews and thought, I’ll see. My wife needing a new one for a swap meet bought another brand and I bought this one. Hers has never made it up in the air without issue, save $20 and it will cost you, buy the real deal and don’t worry about being pinched, leaning, collapsing, junk. The ABC is awesome, bag is awesome, wheels on the bag.....awesome! Easy up with one but it’s easier with two, shade curtains, awesome, I couldn’t be happier with the purchase and when the time comes that I need another, I know what I am going to buy and it will say ABC on it! I use it at the house, at car shows, sporting events, parking lots, grass, asphalt, concrete. Don’t wait, don’t hesitate, make sure you have room to haul it, and then buy it and enjoy it worry free!

The color is nice and neutral, overall pretty easy assembly for what it is. Provides nice shade and bug control with the mosquito netting. However, thats about all this can be used for. If you want something thats going to keep out moisture, scroll past this one. We had a moderate amount of rain last night and EVERYTHING is soaked. We can't sit on any of our patio furniture because this thing kept out 0% of the rain we got. The part of our deck that is uncovered is just as soaked as the portion of deck that is covered by this canopy. I guess shame on me for assuming all of these things came with waterproof covers, because I thought that would be a common sense feature on a product like this. Especially for $400. Our last one let VERY little rain in and was 25% less expensive. If I knew this was going to be the case, I would have just re-ordered the last one we had.

So far so good, a little bit disappointed with the curtains as they only go on the corners the mesh curtains are fine and go all the way round.

I've received my order on time but 2mx2m not 2.5mx2.5m. Too small for what I need and got all the hassle of arranging a replacement. You expect the right item to be sent!

Its a lovely gazebo but half metre short, expected 2.5 metre gazebo but got 2 metre, & if it wasn't for all the messing around of taking it apart & boxing it up i would of sent it back.

I ordered a 2.5 x 2.5 gazebo,8ft x 8ft it only measures 6ft 4.5ins, much smaller than expected, our table won't fit.Very disappointed.

Leider kann ich an diesem Produkt kein gutes Haar lassen,fangen wir mit den Maßen an es wird in der Beschreibung von 2,44m geschrieben(dies sind leider die Außenmaße).Innenmaß 2x2 Meter und damit fällt es sehr klein aus..Schweissnähte lassen auch zu wünschen über!!!!Kurz gesagt für diesen Preis nicht empfehlenswert.....
