Brinly ST-152BH-A Self-Storing Tow Behind Lawn and Garden Sprayer with Collapsible Boom, 15-Gallon

I use this sprayer for killing weeds in my yard. I will do this twice a year. This sprayer does exactly what I need it to do. I'm glad I made the purchase!!

Okay - I'm amending this review...There was an issue with the spray wand, the front tip had been smashed in transit - and, therefore, the instructions didn't make any sense. (I had a bunch of individual parts floating about with no instruction/way to put them together. Turns out, they'd been broken apart.) I called their customer service - which was excellent; a real person answered right away and is sending new parts at no cost to me.Having said this... I'm deducting one star for the fact that the boom "arms" do not want to stay outstretched (I believe that this is due to tension from the connecting hoses.) I can tighten those "whiz lock nuts" till blood shoots out my eyes and they won't keep the arms in place. Note for those who might run across the same issue: I fixed this simply by taking a corresponding length of 1/2" pvc pipe and zip tying it to the "boom."

i just received this product (07/21/23). i had to put every single piece together, but all the parts were there, and it took me a little over an hour. filled up the tank and turned on the pump to check for leaks. i had to tighten 2 clamps to stop some dripping, but in about 3 seconds i heard a SNAP and the wand handle started spewing water. i turned off the valve to it, and tried to start using the broadcast sprayer, and it ran ok. the motor was fine for a few seconds, then just stopped. the wire connection from the first connector to the motor is f/u. the smallest movement causes it to stop. i taped it down so it couldn't move and it ran ok.i will call their customer service monday a/m and see what they say. so far, it seems quality control is unimpressive.i will update after a resolution.update: 07/25/23 (tuesday a/m)i just got off the line with brinly rep, he was attentive and friendly, promised to send out new parts the next day, so i couldn't expect better csr service. will update if there are further issues, but for now, am very satisfied.update 08/04/23replacement parts arrived in two days, everything seems to be fine now. this is not an exceptionally robust device but except for the hiccup initially, i am pleased with it.

I’ve used a similar product , this was easier to use and well worth the money. My lawn looks great.

I ordered this sprayer and it seems very high quality, but my problem is it was missing one of the axel brackets which makes the sprayer unusable. I tried reaching out but to date I have not heard anything back.

I have a lot of Brinly lawn equipment. They all require assembly. I just wish the company would do a couple of things. First, the printed instructions are just ok...they need someone who has actually built this thing to write the instructions. On the plus side they do have videos you can reference. Well...put a direct link or QR code on page 1 and highlight it! Second, customer service response is hit and miss. It took three messages and a phone call to resolve one issue. Second issue (hoses connected to the spray tips being too short and the "wings" can't fully open) has yet to be responded to. I'm just going to the store to buy replacement hoses.
