Fiery and tasty, makes cajun chicken wraps a breeze:Fry onion, red peppers and sliced chicken breast in a little oil, add as much or as little seasoning as you like, cook till chicken is done and serve in wraps with mayo or sour cream. Fridge to tum in 15 minutes.

Not the world's best cook, but love to experiment. Lived in the US for many years and enjoy the tastes of certain types of food... especially Cajun. Supermarkets charge the same price for a fraction of the weight... This seasoning is wonderful. Will buy again when I (finally) run out.

This is by far the worst cajun seasoning i have used
This is by far the worst cajun seasoning i have used. Coated on chicken drummers is what i used it for and all you get is heat from too much chilli and over salty taste. I like hot foods usually like madras/vindaloo curries and this seasoning just ruined the chicken.
