I got this to soothe my lumbar pain after I moved wrong and hurt my back but still needed to go to work. I have to say it does work pretty well as a portable heating pad. I give it 4 stars because I got it in 1 day and it does help. I wish it had a larger heating area, wish they sold belt extensions for us big girls and wish that the app worked better. I have herniated discs from L3-S1 so for the heating pad to be a little taller would be amazing for me. I knew the belt was going to be small since it's only 109cm so I had to find some velcro from walmart to make it fit but it would be better to have an extension from the company. The app surprised me and made me happy since I'm using it on my back I don't have to twist it around my body to press the buttons but the app works maybe 50% of the time. It either won't connect to the Bluetooth or it opens weird and off screen.

So I was looking for a WIRELESS portable (re-chargeable) heating pad. I definitely misread the item description because it is not wireless. It comes with a battery pack you connect it to via a wire in the pad, and unfortunately that knocks down some stars for comfort. If you’re wearing leggings you can’t really tuck the charger anywhere. And it makes it not seamless.

This thing gets hot. So far I can only keep it on for a couple minutes at a time but it’s great.Update* this item held charge well to me. I don’t use it constantly which is what I think someone people are doing but using it in intervals (as needed) the battery lasted an 8 hour work day.

I was almost too fat for this 😥, thankfully it did fit. I didn't even think to check length. This thing is pretty awesome though. It heats up quick and hardly has any bulk. It's also pretty warm. It super great that they include a power pack and at $29.99 I think this is a great deal. I could take or leave the massage though.

This saved my evening. I have a pinched nerve in my lower back and after a long day of work I can’t really walk to good from the pain. So I bought this and use it as soon as the pain starts to get bad and it gets hot quick and the convenience of it is the selling point. My only issue is that the wrap around belt does not fit me. It is too short so I had to buy and extender Velcro belt for a proper fit. But this was a great find.
