Good for event photography
I had to return this unit because it was too heavy on my flash and the flash head kept creeping down. Light output is as good as Gary Fong which is overpriced.

Amazing and Must Have!
I use this Dome with a V1 and it is a total must have for that flash. Shooting wedding receptions has become super easy and light is perfectly soft and filling. Installation is super simple with the included adapters and the dome clips right on to the flash which is awesome for any sort of portrait shooting where a similarly sized universal solution would fall off immediately.

Good Full Diffusion
Large. A little top heavy. A little tricky to get on the mount ring, takes a little practice. The diffusion is very good. Typically have to use a ++ of flash compensation to bump up the power if using ETTL. Not for every situation, but for some, it can be a better looking picture. Collapses nicely to fit in camera bag.

Does not fit Neewer Z-series…
I assumed the Godoy V-1 was basically identical to the Neewer Z-2. I was wrong. I gave it 5-stars because the product is well-made and, I assume. fits the Godot V-1 perfectly.
