3 Pieces Patio Bistro Set Wicker Swivel Chairs with Side Table Rattan Outdoor Furniture Rocking Chair Set (Dark Brown)

These chairs are very well made and very comfortable! It took my husband a couple of hours to get all 3 pieces assembled, but he said it wasn’t too bad. He said the instructions were the worse part of it. He said he could tell they were written by someone who didn’t speak English very well. He did wait until the end to tighten everything. And he said all the hardware was included, even a couple of extras, which he said he greatly appreciated, as he dropped one screw in the box with all the packing material and didn’t want to have to go searching. There was a hole in the side of the box when we received it, about 3-4 inches in diameter, but everything was okay inside, thanks to the packing material. The only complaint I have is that I wish the cushions were beige, instead of gray, with this brown set of chairs. But they are still really pretty and the material seems thick and durable. Kind of reminds me of a tweed material. And I appreciate that the bottom cushion has a zipper for removal to wash, if needed. I did place double sided Velcro on the back cushion and back of chair to hold cushion in place in case of a strong wind. The plastic feet on the bottom were a little concern to me, as I had first ordered another brand of chair, where the feet were all broken into tiny pieces, when I pulled the chair out of the box. However, these feet are much wider and not a brittle plastic like the previous chair. These feet seem very sturdy and almost rubber like. I believe they will definitely hold up. I highly recommend purchasing these chairs.

I looked around at several patio sets & finally decided to buy this one because of its quality. I'm very impressed with it; it is well built with an extremely strong metal frame and finished with high quality plastic wicker. It's comfortable & elegant.

Acceptable size, but a couple inches deeper would have made these chairs perfect.Materials and overall design impressive.Assembly instructions too vague.Would like more support in cushions. The gliding/rotating mechanism is just what I'd hoped for.

We had been looking locally and on line for two outdoor chairs that will be covered for winter, but we live in rainy Oregon. Most everything was 3X the cost or too flimsy. I'm a big boy. Anyway one chair side was damaged from FedX, the box looked like it had been dropped from a plane and surprised no further damage. A real big shout out and thank you to this company. Contacted them through Amazon and received the replacement item in less than a week. Most companies would have had you return the entire set. Great customer service. This company will be first on our list for dining table and chairs next year. BTW, the chairs are very comfortable and rock and glide. I've only found one I liked better that was a recliner at $2400 each. Not in my budget!

We liked the chairs very much. I assembled the first chair and tried it out. My partner loved it. When I went to assemble the second chair I had too many medium screws and not enough long screws. We contacted the seller he responded in 24 hours and arranged to have the missing screws sent. That was on a Saturday. The screws arrived 4 days later. He sent an entire new set not just the 5 screws. Great chairs great customer service.

I’m very pleased with these chairs. They are exactly what I was looking for. Very comfortable and my husband put them together quickly. They seem sturdy and I love how they look on my patio.

Second set and only took an hour by myself, even my husband was impressed. That hour included a water break due to insane heat.My advice is, don't tighten any screws until all are secure. Directions are pretty easy to follow.These chairs do not have a major gliding action, but enough to be relaxing. Positive with less action is, you can keep them closer to the wall in a tight space.Hope this is of some help.Second set, so they must be pretty good as I'm pretty picky.

The chairs look great but the cushions are not thick enough..could be more comfortable
