Good customer service and quality item.
Only received dip stick and no tube. The ad on Amazon specifically stated the the dip stick comes with a tube. I contacted the supplier (In-Line Tube) through Amazon customer support services and quickly received a message asking me to send a photo of the part that I have and they would send the missing item. Within a few days I received the tube. Although the item from In-Line Tube is much more expensive than Chinese brands, I choose to buy from them since I've purchased items from them before and always got good customer support as well as quality parts. In this case the expense was well worth it in terms of fast resolution and quality of the parts.
