some minor but disappointing issues
Hi All!The paddle is great) it gave me the wonderful paddling experience ever during the paddling with my family but some issues are there.I've bought it couple of weeks ago and used for the several times. There are list of the issues which are not serious but quite disappointing.- paddle: after 4 days of not full-time usage it was broken the plastic ring stopper which holding the handle of the paddle. Right now there is only way to fix - is to buy the new paddle but different brand- pump: first it is not effective one (it was no seal o-ring in the set). Several usages and the socket which connecting to the paddle nozzle has broken and not connecting now. Which making it not possible to inflate the pump. It's not selling separately (hose and socket) - solution - to buy the new pump- fins: there no option to buy the new fin stopper pin on the market - so 2 out of 3 fins are not usable. Where to buy the new one? nobody knows.-overall quality is quite poor - the not slipping mat on the top of the paddle already peeled off on the some placesAfter the contacting with the manufacturer - they have advised me a good luck but not helped.

The Red boar is big enough but not good as the green one
I’m really disappointed,I purchased the green one (10’6”) and I liked it to much, so I decided to get the bigger red one (11’) but I found it totally different from the green one1- The chair is very dirty and not fitting properly on the board.2- There is no GoPro mount while it was available in the green one.3- Paddle is only one side while it was 2 sides in the green one.I hope if seller contact me to solve this issues.

OMG what a great product!
I ordered this SUP for my wife as an anniversary present. We had tried our hand at paddle boarding a few years back, and had talked about getting one but had never pulled the trigger on ordering until now.I looked at a bunch of different SUP configurations and finally decided on this one. I am glad I did!Once it arrived, we unpacked it and laid it out in the living room. My first impression was "WOW... this thing seems really well built and has a TON of included accessories". Score! We decided to go ahead and inflate it to make sure it was what we wanted, even though we were not going to get it into the water for a few weeks. The process of getting the board properly inflated is pretty straight-forward and the included pump worked well. It seems that many reviewers felt that their pump gauge was "broken", but in reality, that is not the case. The gauge will not start to read anything until the board is about 60-70% inflated. This is a design feature, not a flaw (this is mentioned in the manual). It took about 200-225 stokes for this to occur. Those strokes were very easy, and didn't require much effort. Once the board started to stiffen, the resistance ramped up and it got increasingly more difficult. By the time I hit about 350 stokes the board was at the recommended 12 PSI and was ROCK hard! If you have ever inflated a pool toy you will be amazed at the rigidity of this board. I am a 200 lb adult and the last strokes were pretty hard but not too difficult, just take your time and lean into it. My wife was able to make those last few strokes, so I am confident she could use it without me if she wanted. The surface is covered in a rubberized pebbled texture reminiscent of a basketball, and there are numerous D rings for attaching the included seat (used in a kayak configuration), the ankle/leash strap, optional anchors etc. There is a bungee style crisscross in the front that can hold extra gear as well. Two sturdy carry straps complete the surface attachment points. Also included were 4 paddle pieces that could be configured with a handle on one end for paddle boarding, or a second blade for when in the kayak configuration. Again, some reviews mentioned that they couldn't get the paddle to stay assembled, but once again, when reading the manual, there are instructions for how to adjust the tension on the latch to correct this problem. This was an easy fix and worked as promised.Once the board was inflated we flipped it over to insert the 3 included fins. This was the only snag we ran into, and it seemed that the fins were not going to fit. After applying a bit of heat from a hair dryer to the receivers for the fins I was able to get them to snap in without too much trouble. The fit is designed to be VERY snug at first, but after a little heat (some reviewers mentioned leaving it in the sun for a bit to warm up) all was fine. I was able to get them on and off again a few times over the next few days without having to re-heat the surface. I strongly suggest you test fit the fins before the first use.The board stayed rock solid for the next 3 days with no sign of any air loss, so we opened the valve and deflated it. This took a couple of minutes, and we packed everything up into the included storage/backpack bag. It was plenty roomy and everything fit in without a struggle, including a life jacket I bought to use with the board.Last week we finally got to take it to the beach for a proper test and it was amazing! Inflation and set up went well, fins snapped on as expected without any extra heat needed, and the board proved to be very steady in the water. It is plenty wide and has a 150 kg (330 lbs) load rating, so no trouble there. It was quite light and easy to carry due to the placement of the handles. We tried it out both in the paddle board configuration (see pic) and set up as a kayak and found it very good at both tasks. Both my wife and the grandkids had a blast on it, and I used it as a kayak to ride out on some breakers after a storm, which it handled well. This is a great SUP, and so far it has paid for itself in what I would have spent in rental fees for the week we were at the beach! Once we got home I made sure to rinse it well to get the sand/salt off, let it dry for a day, wiped down all the paddle parts after breaking them down, and packed it all away in the backpack for our next adventure.NOTE: during a storm that blew up 30+MPH winds the board was wanting to take flight from under the rental house but it was easy to move it to a protected area on one of the decks and tie it down. The only problem was the paddle got buried in some drifting sand and the rain pushed that sand into the latch mechanism. It was a struggle to get one section back apart, but I was able to coax it loose once we got home. Since I hadn’t had any trouble getting that connection loose when we had used it before the storm I attribute that to my poor planning, and will protect it from that issue in the future by breaking the paddle down before letting it get sand/rain into it when not in use.TL:DR this is a great board and fantastic value. Read the manual and it will serve you well.

Fins slotted and not slade in as advertised
When the board arrived I was so excited it being my first board.it was delivered a 2 days late even when paying for overnight. First off the fins are not the same as pictured, second the fins are slotted and not slide in as stated in ad, third the slotted fins were difficult to insert because of tight and deformed plastic where to insert, next the leash isn’t what was advertised it’s supposed to be red but came white. I blew it up to try it out and after almost forcing in the fins I got them in a secured. While floating the river my board started to hiss I’m not sure if the valve needs to be tighten or if there’s a leak! But it was a scary situation because I still had a good amount of time left to go as my board was deflating. I called Amazon to get a replacement or refund, Amazon customer service told me they couldn’t send me a replacement because it wasn’t an option wanted me to send it back before I could get a refund. I no longer had the box, I talked to Amazon supervisors two different times with them hanging up on me twice.I only had this board one day and it was only blown up once. Now I’m stuck with a board that doesn’t work without a replacement or a refund..

Love the board but a couple issues
I really love the look of the board. The fins were hard to attach and wouldn’t line up with track or the pin. Had to use a flat head screw driver to get the pin in.Also attempted to use the paddle but the pin broke when I was trying to fasten after tightening together and was unable to use as a double paddle. Thank goodness my boyfriend had a back or I would have been up a creek without a paddle.
