There is 1 great colored photo of each animal, part of country they live in, along with a description, measurements, weight, diet, faeces and spoor (foot print).A good use for this book is: there are 2 kinds of rhinos, black & white. but they are grey and their territories overlap. This book will help you notice what the difference is between them.

The book is very well written. Complete and easy to read. I feel this is a "must" book for the hunter.

2003年に豊田市美術館のギャラリーで「カラハリのアート展」が開催されたときに、会場に動物の実物大の足跡のステッカーが、歩幅もリアルに貼ってあり、この本も置いてありました。子どもたちが足跡を追って広いギャラリーの中を走り回っていました。英語ですが、動物のカラー写真と足跡が全ページ載っていて、親子で楽しめる図鑑です。動物学者が慣習しているのだと思いますが、内容がリアリティそのもので、おすすめです！！
