Stay away.
Didn't last a week, both ends were secured with heat shrink both ends broke. Replaced all of the shrink wrap material. Works like it should now. Also when hitting the bag the lace up strings damage your hands if you don't wrap them. Should have sent it back and gotten a different brand.

Very good but no hooks
Great item, reciver loved em but they didn't have any hooks to put on ceiling so make sure you have some before installing

Reflex Ball Issue
The double end bag is decent quality and has stood up well so far. The head mounted reflex ball did not hold up so well. This reflex ball is not designed for prolonged use. Be sure to examine the elastic string EVERY time you use it. If you use it regularly (15 minutes plus daily) replace the string every other week. After 2 weeks of regular use with the red ball the string snapped and hit me right below the eye. Hurt much more than getting hit by the ball itself!

Check it immediately after receiving
Appeared to be a great idea. Unfortunately couldn't use it right away due to an injury. By the time I went to inflate it the inside of it was already broken and it was too late to return it. Totally wasted my money
