What's the temperature range of this hot end?

300 and bed 110.This prints a lot of different filaments.But stick to pla in the beginning.

How do you clean the magnetic bed?

Clean the bed with high percentage isopropyl alcohol 93-95%

Can this print wearable shoes?

Yes with the correct filament.I would use tpu.
