Be sure to loosen the handled massager
The massager included with this is very tight. Upon opening it wouldn’t turn but I loosened the handle on the end and then it turned perfectly!

roller stick doesn’t roll
The media could not be loaded. Everything else works as expected great. Just the roller stick doesn’t roll so it is useless.

It's fine for low cost
It was cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. Definitely not the greatest hit but the big roller works well. The smaller roller is plastic and basically just hurts. The ball is just a plastic ball too.

Perfect
I had a herniated disc in my lower back. This product is great for my back now. My body is aging but I still like to be active, so the roller helps me stretch back, the ball helps massage my arms from sports like bowling and tennis. Love this product.
