Okay, so I don't know how you feel about the customer service behind a product, but for me, it's just as important as the product being good. Well, here on this review I'm going to sing praises from the rooftops for both product and customer service! I ordered the 25oz stainless steel water bottle and when it came I was thrilled. I noticed though, on the lid, that there was some cosmetic damage only, the function of the lid was intact. And also within my package there was a little note card that said that I'd also get a free Cozie for my water bottle. So I followed the instructions and nothing happened, it didn't lead me anywhere, I didn't receive an email, etc. So I decided to email their customer service. In doing that, I mentioned the cosmetic issue with the lid, some scratching on the surface, and also that I had tried to redeem for the free cozie. Well, Kristen, who is owner/part owner, I believe, is who responded to me. She was phenomenal to say the least! We emailed back and forth a couple of times, and she was beyond happy to help and correct this for me. And correct this she did. I have never had any company go WAY above and beyond when backing their product like Kristen did for Hydracentials. She sent me a Cozie, a little cleaning brush for the lid and straw, she also replaced my lid, told me to keep the one I had, and sent an extra to boot!! I couldn't be happier about my purchase over all. The bottle itself is wonderful, I just love it. I'd ordered a different stainless steel bottle earlier but it was just too bulky so I needed a different one. This one fits nicely in my hand, the Cozie makes it even nicer than it already was, and it keeps my water cold for 24+ hours and I don't even add ice, just fridge cooled water that I fill a jug with from my water purifier at my sink. The lid is great with the straw, and I've had absolutely no issues whatsoever with that system, the straw stays in place as it should, and when the lid is closed, I've turned it upside down and shaken it to see if it leaks, and guess what? It doesn't. So if you're on the fence about ordering this bottle, let me help put your mind at ease and let you know that this is a solid purchase from a solid company. A total Win-Win! I purchased my first Hydracentials 25-oz. bottle in June 2015. I did lots of research before choosing the bottle. It arrived very quickly from Hydracentials. I like that the company includes an extra straw and the straw cleaning brush. I also have the koozie, and it’s perfect for my bike. I didn't enter a review right away because I wanted to put the bottle through its paces. So now my first bottle is four months old, and here's my review.I took the bottle out for a bike ride on the first night, and my husband got quite a kick out of what looked like an advertising campaign -- with me pulling the bottle easily from the cage, sipping without having to tilt the bottle, replacing it in the cage without having to take my eyes off the road. And my proclamation that the water had stayed cold for HOURS already.Since owning this bottle, I have traveled with it and had to keep it in a hot car for hours. I am amazed by its cold-keeping ability. Hours of the water staying cold and the ice staying ice!I can't figure out how it has -- no other phrase comes to mind -- such great suck-ability without tilting the bottle or having to squeeze it as one would do with a plastic water bottle.My bike-riding buddies, using other kinds of bottles, have commented that not only is their water no longer cold but that it had turned warm, even hot, on our hot-weather rides. Some have had brand-new Camelback bottles that cost as much or more than the Hydracentials 25-ounce bottle. Because of my bragging that my water is still cold – and hearing me shake the bottle to demonstrate that the ice is still ice – I’ve convinced some friends to make the switch to Hydracentials.The 25-ounce size is great for a long bike ride.I am very happy with the design and performance of my Hydracentials 25-ounce bottle. It's perfect!-----------Follow-up as of 11.15.15. Still using the first bottle I purchased every single day since June 10th, and it continues to amaze! I purchased a second Hydracentials 25-ounce bottle because I am so impressed with how the bottle keeps water cold and ice icy for even as long as 24 hours! (I should really let a bottle sit out to see just how long it takes, but at 24 hours, the water is still cold and the ice is still ice.) I have recommended the bottle to all my bike buddies, and there have been additional purchases and many happy riders who thank me because no longer have to drink lukewarm water from their Camelbaks. They also like that the 25-ounce bottle fits into their bottle cages and provides plenty of water for a 25-mile ride. One bike buddy just wrote that she loves her bottle so much, she purchased four more to be given as Christmas gifts.Follow-up as of 10.28.17 I am still using the first and second Hydracentials 25-ounce bottles purchased. They have never failed. My husband I used them in the heat of Phoenix. The ice stayed solid and the water stayed cold, even when we left the bottles in the closed-up car. We used the Hydracentials bottles to hike all through Arizona and New Mexico and continue to be impressed with them.
