how sad. Good is still a nice knife of good ...
When ordering this knife, in the prescription it said Japanese quality. When opening the box I realize that it is made in China, how sad. Good is still a nice knife of good quality, but it is not Japanese, so please do not fool the customers.

Best bang for the buck! If you can only buy one kitchen knife, GET THIS ONE!
Excellent edge geometry and edge retention puts this knife en par with many knives costing 3x-6x more! The handle is comfortable for all day use. The only issue some people might have is that it has a pakka wood handle so it's not dishwasher safe.And yes, these damascus knives are made in China from Japanese VG10 steel (which is a specific formula for stainless steel that hardens to HRC 60+).
