I used this product not as a cleanse but to begin producing apple cider vinegar of my own based on its properties. I’m quite pleased with the outcome and now enjoy a ready supply of ACV that stemmed from this brand. I continue to add to it, and the “mother” keeps the probiotics growing in symbiosis. I’ve only used one other brand before (it is a store-bought brand of ACV and most who want vinegar that is not distillled know of it), and I strongly favor this brand that arrived from Amazon - especially since I’ve been customizing it shortly after its arrival. I would recommend this brand, although cannot speak to its cleansing effects with any certainty.

This apple cider vinegar cleansing tonic tastes pretty decent and seems helpful. It is a simple 2-day course to promote a healthy gut. Just add 2 oz. of the tonic to 10 oz. of water or sparkling water and drink 4 times per day for 2 days. Drink plenty of water as well. I'm on day 1 and I feel it is helping. It softens the stool and helps you cleanse your bowel. The tonic itself is pretty palatable. It has more of citric honey and spicy flavor and less of the vinegar taste. Much easier to go down then a regular apple cider vinegar.This comes in a dark plastic bottle with a sealed cap, plastic-wrapped for your protection. It contains raw, ACV with the Mother, and honey, ginger, lemon, cayenne pepper to spice it up a little bit. Certified organic and non-alcoholic. No refrigeration needed. No measuring cup is provided, so you'll need one to get the correct dose. Overall, I like this cleansing tonic. Pretty easy to follow through the 2-day course. It helps detox and support a healthy gut. So far so good. Give it a try.

I'm used to drinking ACV in water and don't mind the taste. I actually like it. This Fire Cider Tonic takes ACV to a whole other level. It tastes great! But, I do actually like the taste of apple cider vinegar. It's a little tart, a little sweet, and a little spicy, all in the right proportions. I love that all of the ingredients bring their own added health benefits, but together, they make an ultimate health tonic that you can enjoy as a cleansing drink. I really love this Tonic, and feel like it is really helping with my tummy in short order. I would definitely recommend it!

Recommended use is to add 2 ounces to 10 ounces of water but for me the ACV taste is just waaaay too STRONG!! So i added a lil more water to suit me! I repeat THE ACV IS STRONG!!!! but the benefit outweighs the discomfort! This had a diuretic effect on me within the first hour! And the "cleanse" effect didnt hit me until nighttime thank god! I would recommend adding water to taste! This has pure natural ingredients and i will definitely be restocking this for monthly use! Compared to other cleansers i would say this is less brutal than most while still be effective without all the stomach cramping and urgency!

I love that this is exactly the number of servings needed to commit to a 2-day cleanse: Eight servings, taken four times a day for two days. Then the bottle can go into the recycling bin, and you're done.

This Apple cider vinegar is good for health but also pleasant in salads. A quality product.
